If urgent care is required during our office hours listed above, please first call our office at 585-487-8700. While we are able to accommodate our emergency clients, your call will allow us to triage your pet's situation so we can provide the best possible care.

Our primary goal is to ensure optimal service during our operating hours. By adjusting our closing time based on demand, we can better allocate our resources and maintain efficiency. We are NOT open 24/7. Some emergencies require 24-hour care, and in those emergency situations, we may refer our clients to:
If you must visit a different emergency hospital because we are closed, and you are our regular client, do not worry - your pet can be transferred back to our care once they are deemed healthy enough for transport. We will also help with the recuperation and follow up on your pet’s health post-emergency.
