If I could give a 8 star review I really would. My one dog guarded something outside and attacked my other dog over it. I got bit in the process just got out of the hospital from it getting infected and was worried about my dog brought to them. My anxiety, stress, emotional wreck self was a mess and they were so helpful and kind. Not only were they helpful and kind but they took care of my baby like he was their own. He needed to be placed under and stitched in two areas they did an amazing clean job. My dog was anxious mess when he got there and they worked with him. The Vet lady that did the procedure even made recommendations for different doses to help my baby with anxiety. They are so compacient, educated, professional, clean and honestly on pare with price they don’t rip you off. My Maxy is healing and doing great thank Ark Vet- 8/4 ⭐️ for me will be taking my dogs here again 🫶🏼
Wow!! I cannot speak highly enough of the Dr and vet technician I saw today!! The dr knew what she was talking about great bedside manner with our cat Maverick she was down to earth and no judgmental when I said we couldn’t afford to do everything. She took the time to explain things and give me the bottom line. The vet tech had just put her cat down that morning so she was EXTREMELY compassionate and caring my bet is that she is like that every day. She went over pricing again so kind very empathetic to our situation yet honest with her opinion of what we should do which was so helpful making tough decisions at a time like that. I wish I could go here for our regular care these were the most amazing Vet and tech I have ever encountered!! Thank you so much for helping Maverick and our family!! God bless you guys!!
I received the devastating news that my beloved cat Moos had bilateral Kidney failure. It came on quick and we were not ready to say goodbye, but we needed to let him pass peacefully as we didn’t want him to suffer. This was my first time letting my animal cross the rainbow bridge. The staff were empathetic and so genuine and loving. They let me hold Moos for as long as I needed. They explained every step of the process. At one point I was overwhelmed with emotion one of the vet techs got down to my level and told me everything is going to be ok and he won’t be in any pain. She put her hand on knee and locked eyes with me and helped me breathe through it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us through this extremely difficult time.
So I called to make an appointment for my sick cat, who was suffering from a flareup of IBD. They let me come in, and I never even got a chance to sit down in the waiting area. They brought me right in a room, where an obviously experienced vet tech came in to talk to me and check Goldie out. My cat is not easy when it comes to veterinary care and when he doesn’t feel good, he’s very grumpy. The tech was so sweet and kind to him that he actually tolerated everything that she did. She was followed by the vet who was also an amazing young lady who was kind , communicated well and took great care of him when your pet is sick nothing is as important as personnel who take care of them with kindness, experience and compassion. I highly recommend Ark veterinary services.
I had to bring my dog in to the urgent care clinic for swelling around the eye. I was able to call the morning of and got an appointment that worked around my work schedule. The staff were all very friendly when I arrived. The facility was clean and didn’t smell like dirty dogs (I’ve been to other veterinarians that have). They got us right into a room and were seen by the vet shortly after. I forget her name, but she was amazing. She took her time to talk to me, look over my dog and his eye, walk me through treatment options. After that, I decided to ask her of her opinion regarding another ongoing issue my dogs been having. The vet took more time to do a thorough examination around this other issue we are having and then suggested what else we could do for it. I had one of the best veterinary experiences at this office. I didn’t feel like they rushed us and more importantly they didn’t try to upsell us like some of the other places do.
