Dr. Tiffany A. Kwiatkowski
Veterinary Medical Director / VeterinarianDr. Kwiatkowski earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical training at North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a dedicated veterinary leader and Western New York native with more than 15 years of clinical experience spanning general practice, surgery, emergency medicine, and critical care. Her expertise includes preventive medicine, emergency and critical care, while interests include internal medicine. As a Veterinary Medical Director, she is committed to fostering a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, compassionate patient care, elevating medical standards, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in patient outcomes and client experience.
Her passion for veterinary medicine began at an early age through her involvement with wildlife rehabilitation, where she developed a deep appreciation for the impact that skilled medical care can have on both animals and the people who care for them. This foundation continues to guide her leadership philosophy and commitment to advancing veterinary medicine. She feels it is extremely important to guide both patients and their families through complex medical challenges and believes that exceptional veterinary care is built on trust, communication, and a strong human-animal bond.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Dr. Kwiatkowski enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, cooking, and traveling. Above all, she values time with her two children and embraces opportunities to explore new places and experiences with her.
